FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The scrunchies come in packs. The same scrunchies you see all together is the pack it comes in. You are getting 3 scrunchies for $5.

With pick up orders, it'll either be the same day or the next day. It all depends on the time you have purchased. After 7:45 pm, your order will have to be picked up the next day.

With drop off orders, it'll be the same day to 3 days. It all depends on the day and if we are available. You will be notified before we are on our way.

Regular shipping will be 3-5 business days. It isn't in our hands so it is up to our carrier, USPS and how they're working.
